Sorry to rain on your parade mallai but you are not going to get a positive response to this thread considering the way bwin treats its affiliates.

Bwin may not see it now or in 6 months time, but eventually, the T&Cs issue will catch up with Bwin.

I hope for your sake, that your management don't take it out on the affiliate team.

How nice to pop in and shove that in our faces! Terribly classless if you ask me.
While 100s if not 1000s of affiliates are suffering and seeking help - we get to hear how EGR awards BWIN. Nice! Real nice!

Have a look at the judges

    https://www.egrmagazine.com/events/aw...-2010/judging/

I also find it offensive you would come here and self promote this considering YOU ARE SUSPENDED!!!! Yet you show no concern on this issue
or want to rectify this. Instead you toss it on our face and continue to self promote while being suspended.

Mallai I find you terribly UNPROFESSIONAL and Cold Spirited in they way you carry on in your posts! You provide very little value to these threads
in trying to help affiliates through this mess. I also find your posts inappropriate! Just my opinion mate!!

    Many regards

I thought Bwin was suspended? Yet they still get to keep their own forum and title of sponsored affiliate program?

It is a disgrace - mallai is probably trying to do his job and I've worked for one 'pushy' operator who will make your life difficult if you don't do certain things.

mallai, relay this back to bwin - affiliates here have lost all respect for bwin as they have no respect for contracts and ultimately their customers.

If I were you, I would look for another job because your reputation is clearly being tarnished as a result - I promise you that you'll feel much better working for an ethical operator

As for everyone else, have a great weekend

Well first off congratulations on the award, however i do agree with some of the comments that have been made on here.

I am surprised that you have been allowed to post/promote Bwin considering you are suspended and i also do find it inappropriate that you have posted this message on here considering the clear amnosity by the affiliates on here towards Bwin.

I have to say this, i find the post a provocation under the circumstances and i really have to question the judgement behind this.

I think my position is quite clear, i personally do not believe that Bwinners should be rogued, i have debated that point on here but that does not mean that i will support Bwin all the way down the line, the opening post is insensitive and i am with my fellow affiliates in condemning this.

What i don't get with Bwin is that you have an out here, all you have had to do is produce the original terms and conditions and from my understanding that will show that your new terms and conditions are not in fact rogue (though still predatory) and yet despite many requests you still refuse to even acknowledge the requests nevermind respond.

The T&C i have seen posted by elgoog and by another member from the wayback machine allow you room to move so why oh why do you continue with the bad PR, i just do not get it.

You refuse to deal with players issues via Casinomeister and lose your accreditation, you refuse to show the original T&C and you make a post like this that are provocative and insensitive, seriously a shake up is required in your public relations department.

Now while i do not believe you are rogue i still to this day have refused to agree to the new terms and conditions, that is the first time i have said that publicly, i have allowed my account to die and lose the few players i had, i did this despite my belief that you were not rogue, i did this out of solidarity with my fellow affiliates and i am fast approaching the stage were i will no longer debate, argue and fight with my fellow affiliates over your cause if you continue to act in such a cack handed manner.

Bwin, do yourselves a big favour and take some advice from a lowly affiliate, sit down, bang some heads together and for gods sake sort out your public relations, become affiliate friendly, it is not too late and not impossible, there is still time, but you are fast running out of time.

Well said Martin. The original post by mallai was definitely in bad taste.

I get the feeling bwin thinks the marketing and pr they do outside of the affiliate stuff will be enough to sustain them. Whilst many affiliates over-estimate their importance, on the whole this is course of action appears shortsighted and if any of the non-affiliate marketing takes a turn for the worse, or becomes much more expensive, then they are leaving themselves with little choice other than to put their tail between their legs and return to the affiliate marketing space. I doubt that will pay off based on the lack of respect given in the last few months and the long memories that many of us have.

    Betpartners...

right now they can't even try to bang their heads together, because Gerhard Falb, the main guy in charge, thought it would be a good idea to take a 3-week vacation until Dec 6...

I can't even get my AM to answer simple e-mails, oh and the last available daily stats are from the 23rd or so...

    It is truly mindblowing...

Yes it is frustrating to say the least

Lets hope that when Gerhard Falb returns that some positive action is forthcoming from their side.

It will not take a lot to put things right and hopefully they will grasp that.

The bottom line is that this can be resolved providing their is intent on Bwin's side, i know affiliates want to resolve this amicably.

Let's say BWin do reverse the T&Cs and make themselves to be affiliate friendly so to speak.

Will affiliates here forgive them? I am not saying affiliates shouldn't but what pains me is how arrogant they've been about the whole thing

    Hi Benitho/Bernhard,

please do not attack our collegues on a personal level- this is not professional. Your account manager was in contact with you yesterday and today and he is at always at your disposal.

We will post the comparison of the old and the new T&Cs in a seperate thread.

    Best,

Maybe he is to busy chasing down & supervising Benitho/Bernhard posts to answer legit questions!

I hope to get a reply in the near future to our questions.

Yeah he attacked me as being unprofessional and spreading rumors on CAP.

    https://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.c...tml#post224246

    Spreading rumors?

As far as i know Gehard - the director head of affiliate management for BWIN is on vacation for 3 weeks while the rest of the affiliates suffer, and no replacement was given to continue dialogue with GPWA.

And Mallai is calling me out for spreading rumors? Being unprofessional?

I think its a reversal - Mallai is posting here in very bad taste shoving this in our faces while affiliates are suffering.

Then posts the old terms will be posted and then disappears again.

Certainly not professional on his part. I just hope he can be a little more responsible in his efforts here. Its the least he could do.
