Bwin unreliable
Working for bwin is a great risk. I worked with them for about 2 years. And when I started to gain blocked the collaboration taking away all my customers.

Hi Maghetto,
we are having the same goals as our affiliates.
We want them to earn- if they earn, we earn. Therefore, we never block accounts of earning affiliates.
Please contact your former Account Manager if you want to discuss your case in detail.

Bwin
Bwin I closed the account after 3 years of collaboration. The reason was that I did a few players (about 5 new players per month). I have been given two options:
1) earn 30 euros for each new player
2) Exit bwin.
I lost all my clients that I had to sweat to get them and I had no chance to reply. Also, I find other webmasters who were treated in the same way.
If you want, I can send a copy of the email bwin.

First of all, I have no problem to reveal my identity, much less to publish the emails I sent bwin.
I already wrote what happened to me with bwin on this blog several months ago.
What has happened to me has happened to other Italian webmasters. Who have worked for years to bwin and suddenly you are seen stealing all their
customers.
Mrs. Selima M. told me 5 days before the end of the month following things:
- A) on November 25, 2009 "Dear Partner,
I address you on the program partners bwin.it
Its agreement with us under the program partners will not be extended beyond 11/30/2009 due to unsatisfactory results in the last months of our cooperation. (*)
If you would like to extend our agreement, we will propose a new model of payment of 30 euros for each new customer acquired.
Waiting for his reply, Yours sincerely,
Selima Melaouah "
- B) on November 27, 2009 after a clarification of my "Hello,
I'm sorry but you can break the agreement partner collaboration by both parties at any time.
If you do not want to extend with new payment model could you please send invoice from December 6 with all arrears committees including the current month.
Sincerely,
Selima M..
She now asks me to mend the relationship contacting one a manager, but after receiving this treatment and that two responses from bwin, who I guarantee that you will not remake it?! All customers that I was able to recruit and I bring in about 300/400 euros a month I have them stolen in five days ...
I raise and inform all webmasters that have to do with bwin to be very careful, what happened to me. It 'happened to many other Italian webmasters.
(*) Results not satisfactory! I know that other webmasters sales and recruiting in less than 50% of players who could have time with my sites.
Instead of asking staff to write bwin! Tell Mrs. Selima M. contact me directly in this forum.
N.B. sorry for my english

Hi Maghetto,
I want to point out that we treat all our affiliates faily and in retrospect we expect some results and a certain performance from their end.
We are all acting together, we are partners that have the same goals...therefore both sides need to perform.
Feel free to contact Selima, she is happy to discuss your specific case.

I really have not been given many opportunities. What's really strange is that I know webmasters who were and are lower numbers than I did but I have not been cleared as it happened to me.
Mrs. Selima, if so happy you resent, please contact me and we can discuss on this forum.
It 'obvious that I do not just go back to promote your products, I want it also to my clients that I have taken.

As I understand it, Bwin Italy is somewhat different from Bwin.com - other AMs other ways of doing things. I had some issues with bwin.it in the past as well, especially the tone of the folks there is often nothing but rude.
Invoices usually only get paid after endless mails, so I resorted to only bill them like 3 times a year to not have to chase after 12 bills...
Recently someone from giocodigitale-accounting, I have never heard from before, told me out of the blue that they had to deduct 30% "withholding tax" from my Italian bill. When I asked, where that comes from all of a sudden, that person (after 2 more attempts to get a reply) answered with a 1-liner and something like:
"Like I told you - it`s "Withholding tax" !
All that was missing to wanna make me fly there and "inquire" in person was a ", stupid !" behind it...
Bwin.com is my second-biggest earner though, btw - just in case someone thinks I have beef with them or anything
B.

Bwin.it
Hi, I have some other friends that are affiliates of Bwin and had similar problems with accounts closed, and cheats from the brand to its affiliates; I think that this is simply behaviour without respect of the people that work with the Bwin and the affiliates.
I think that it is better that Bwin.it give us explanation about his way work , because there are a lot of things that are not deign of the "big brand" that all we know.
Thanks
Daniele

Benitho wrote exactly how things are for webmasters who work with Italian bwin. Casinovirtuali has confirmed what I already wrote on this forum for months.
In any case it is depressing to see disappear in a few days the work of years, in my case just when I began to reap the first fruits.
Take away customers is very serious
The true reality is this:
1. Bwin makes me a partner.
2. You make me work for years.
3. one morning you wake up and I exclude the gain clients you've brought me.
These days, it gets even more complicated. Bwin announced its webmaster that changes the contract. The annoying thing is that it does so in a few days notice and contracts are not clear.
For those wishing to know more can read the new contract bwin.it general conditions of this web page.

Dear Mallai, do you mean by a fair and respect?
I understand your position is the respect, but if it do not write statements An article at random. Rather than try to give precise answers.
My personal experience with bwin is anything but fair and respectful.
Good Day
M.
