  • If a member’s account has been closed or self-excluded during the Promotion Period or at the time the winner is announced, he/she will not be eligible for the Prize and the runner up will receive it.
  • Unless provided with special written permission by the Promoter, employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to it shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term “relative?shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  • By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of the Prize.
  • Should 2, or more, players both be eligible for the prize the specified amount shall be divided equally between them.
