    Default Brightshare FA merger - Who's paying my June BS Commission?

    The email I received told me to use my Brightshare login credentials to access my data in FA. Well that didn't work! Finally gained access to my FA account, using my FA login creds. I then discover my BS players have been combined with my FA players.

    Thing is though, my Brightshare, June 2017 commission & player data, where is that?

    Visiting the BS site, has a veiled div layer telling me to visit FA. But over FA (in my account) the only data for BS is from July 2017. So my question... While I have Euro1,200 due from BS for June 2017, who is paying this, and when can I expect it?

    I wondered the same but if found that when you generate a report there is an "Account" pull down. Just select your BS account # and run the report. It showed my June (and prior) earnings. No idea why I was not notified of the change. Appears old BS links are still active and when I tried to get a link to Allslots it reported that I need to contact them for the link.

    Yikes! I have Brightshare and Fortune Aff accounts.

    Looks like their still working on the software at Fortune Affiliates. I'd wait a couple of months, before asking any more questions, to get more peace-of-mind right now. They are doing the best with the software engineers they have employed.

    More guesswork: Not sure we can help them. They see us as ignorant to what the software needs to do. Right? It's not easy to program an affiliate merge. They'll end up doing it however they can, so to minimize affiliate complaints to commission accuracy.

    Shucks, just sayin'.
