Beware of Valentin at Igamingpartners late payment (RESOLVED)

I usually receive my commissions on my bank account around the 10th of each months from Igamingpartners program.

We are the 19th and i still have nothing from them on my account while it's written on their website that my payment has been made on the 8th of this month....

I ve sent a message through their internal message system and i had no answer... I ve contacted them directly using their email address ([email protected]) and Valentin answered me:

Hi Eitan,

My name is Valentin and I am one of the affiliate managers for iGamingPartners.com. How can I help you?

i can see that you've sent a payment of $ 257.84 on that date: 8th september /2014 but i didn't get it yet.

Can you check if it has been processed because usually it only takes a few days.

According to the public (!) information provided by himself Valentin actually works as SEO Manager at Starfish Media N.V. in Curaҫao.
