Betsson Group - stats error

Hello,

I dont have statistics for several days, last update on December 4.

do you have the same problem? what is going on?

Its a general issue. They are working on it and it should be fixed by tomorrow.

I see some stats now but they seem to be messed up. Total deposits show 6 EUR, but Gamewin Total over 2000 EUR.

Btw, since i am still new with their affiliate program, can some explain me the difference between the "Net revenue Total" and "Income"?

Gamewin total: 2000 EUR
Costs total: 1500 EUR
Net revenue total: 600 EUR
Income: 0 EUR

So in this example, is Net revenue the amount that will be paid to me or do i get paid only a percentage of it?

Income is important for you. You receive a percentage of Total Net Revenue.

OK so my Net revenue suddenly changed from €620 plus to -€22830 minus.
I believe thats an error. @betssongroupaff Can someone please check this? I contacted you over Skype and Email already.

Just an update that my stats have changed suddenly again. This time a day before the payday. First it was showing that i had an over 25k EUR net revenue in December, which did seem a bit high, but after the change it show as -196 EUR which is definitely not correct because it doesn't match the deposit amount or any other stats.

According to the stats now, the total deposit for December is €0.76, which is not even theoretically possible because its not possible to deposit such a small amount, especially not with multiple NDCs. This number was showing tens of thousands before the change happened. I also know for sure that some referrals deposited thousands of euros as i am able to communicate with them through my affiliate website. I could even ask them to send me the deposit screenshots if necessary.

Costs total number for December shows €230.99 and net revenue as mentioned before is -€196.29.

I emailed support several times about this in the past 2 months but never received a respond through that channel. I do receive answers from the support team on Skype and they said they see the problem which needs to be fixed by the technical team. However, they are unable to get them check into the problem for over a few weeks now. Hopefully this gets resolved before the next payment day.

Stats for January are incorrect as well.

I have already sent an email to that address on 10th December 2020, and 7th January 2021 but without any response.
Also as mentioned in the previous post, a support team over Skype is already familiar with my issue.

I am going to send another email now.

Yeah it gives some kind of an error "An error occurred while processing your request."

Btw, they fixed my January stats few days ago, so there's only December 2020. stats left that still needs fixing.

Did anyone else notice stats from 19/5/2021 are missing in the "Detailed activity" report? I see stats from 18th and 20th, but not from the 19th.
Clicks are recorded but not the registrations or any deposits inside that report.

However, I do see some registrations recorded on 19th from the "Customer registrations" report.

Update: Never mind, they just appeared.

Same problems here. No stats since the beginning of this month...i notice this kind of problems regularly with Betsson affiliate program.
