Dear All,

I would like to share with you guys my very negative experiences from working with Betmaster Partners (that holds the following brands under their auspices: Betmaster.io, Casinoin.io, Bongo.gg).

I have been working with them for over 2 years now. Everything was OK until I asked to pay my accumulated commission. And this is where the problems begin ...

First excuse - you are below the payout threshold (500 EUR). Everything would be ok, if not for the fact that they changed it as soon as I asked for payment and started blaming their system error.

I thought OK, we will wait and order the payment if it is over 500 EUR. And in a few months it happened, the commission is over 500 EUR and it's time to ask about the amounts due.

I asked for a payment in BTC and I got the answer that they prefer EUR because BTC payments are very slow with them.

Crypto payments are slow for us now

And so it happened, we issued an invoice in EUR, as requested - sent by e-mail, via Skype, together with the confirmation of receipt. The invoice should have been paid in 30 days from the date of issue, so as standard.

Btw, their T&C regarding payments:

Your payment will be made the following calendar month, with the money going to your chosen payment method.

After a month, there are no payments and we start contacting their representatives - Phil K. (Interview) and Djordje S. No reply ... we sent some reminder emails, still nothing. After another try, there are casual excuses like:

Well, kindly note that I don't deal with the payments and this is not up to me

Finance said it will be settled by next wednesday

Payment doesnt depend on me

(...) it will be sent before end of week. Will get PoP when I get it

(...) waiting for finance atm to forward me pop

(...) will check with finance about it

(...) it seems it was signed off on but hasn't left our bank yet.waiting for pop from finance

(...) it seems there are problems sending SEPA at the moment

And it has been going on for several months now ...

I would truly wanna know why the affiliate program that trying to present itself here as a trustworthy company to work with has problems with paying their affiliates. I don't get it, seriously why?

That's terrible and I'm sorry to hear about your ordeal, FreeSpins. Reading painful stories like this just makes me want to stay far away from such programs. I can't stand it when they do this type of nonsense thing to affiliates. Since they have Platinum sponsorship on here, one of their reps should speak up on this thread asap.

Still no payment and no contact.

Brands like this should be immediately blacklisted and banned globally, ranging from forums to conferences and other online gambling events.

This is pretty unserious and rough from Betmasters.

I read the other thread stated and there is so much bull-****.

It was one of the statement :" For us crypto transactions are very slow" - this is a joke.

Sp maybe they are planning to steal all they can from players and affiliates and create a new brand or just sell it all to new "investors".
Funny thing is that they have made some payments in the beginning of this whole claim 3-4 month back and now they remain silent.

Let's see what will follow......

Today, payment of commission for the last month of 6600 euros paid in cryptocurrency. There was a problem with the payment to a bank account, but it was quickly fixed. No complaints. Special thanks to Phil and Paul (Betmaster).
