    Hi JTodd,

Your video was very informative as it relates to the Utah issue and I loved the humor displayed.

You asked for input and I'd like to say that when lawyers are involved they always tell the participants to not talk about the situation in public so I can understand why they have not replied to your request.

The troubling part for me is the fact that you would rely on an a place like Gambling911 to smear CAP? Like you said this is serious and I've always respected you and stood up on your behalf you when others made statements that I did not agree with about you, but I'm disappointed in your story on Card Spike. It's in the gossipy catagory that gambling911 is in and IMO shows a lack of judgement on those that had a hand in this particular video.

From what I know and for the sake of fairness I want to go on record to say that Lou and Warren are not the owners of CardSpike and they are doing what they can to get everyone paid.

Time will tell and with that being said I know when to take a time out and that time is now, so I'm not going to come back to defend my view on this. I hope the next report on this story produce some facts and an apology if applicable!

JTodd, I love the new format. I watched the APCW video full screen for the first time today .

About the video's topic, I'm very interested in getting to the truth myself. Are the CAP owners in anyway connected via ownership to Cardspike?

Gamtrak, you say lawyers are involved. Do you know this for a certainty?

Since this is my full time livlihood I want to know what is going on with this ROUGE situation. Just like every other rouge situation. Why is this different? Thank you APCW for asking the tough questions.

Thanks for your post, Mojo. I agree. We have to have the tough questions asked. We CAN ask the tough questions for the first time I can remember. I never thought I would see the day when affiliates CAN speak out and say what they suspect or what they KNOW.

If the allegations are not true it will come out, but we can't just bury our heads in the sand. Thanks again to those willing to stick their necks out (Jtodd, Michael and Klaus, to name a few).

Very nice vid as always. I like the new format, but a little bit too much detail. I like 'fuzzy J.T.' better

Just kidding bro. Great video, great information, and not boring like other videos I see in the industry

RE CardSpike - I have just posted the following information in this thread https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/cardspike...tml#post524327

CAP's official statement is here https://www.onlinecasinoreports.com/n...ap-comment.php

Hopefully with this, ASP's statement plus Cake's staement which I understand will be released very soon we will stop jumping to conclusions and spreading malicious rumours which are actually hurting people's livlihoods

What we have here is a rogue operator which 100% needs to be dealt with - Michael I strongly suggest you lock this thread and start a new one that is on exactly that subject as we must concentrate on that and not the propaganda people seem intent on spreading

    Default Great

First time I've seen any of these industry video updates. Looks to me like something that is really easy to do badly (or rather difficult to do well).

Very professional and enjoyable to watch. Glad I found it.

    Hi Fergie,

I've heard from atleast two sources that lawyers are involved.

I just have to say that bringing issues to our attention is fine, but I have a problem when the stories are outright lies, speculation and exxagerations just to make it a better story or post then they lose their credibility.

As long as there is an audience to throw gas on the fire for the BBQ then they will continue with that behavior. Being that some folks thrive on drama looks like it will never end and we will never all be able to "just get along" or atleast try to get along!

Either way someone is going to be exposed for what they are one way or the other.

Well, that is a true statement and I can confirm that I was one of those sources. I even offered to send the legal letters between Affiliate Media and the GPWA to Robin (GamTrak) so she could see what was happening behind the scenes if she asked, although she has not done so yet.

However, the lawyer involvement I had mentioned to Robin had nothing to do with what is going on in this thread. Affiliate Media sent what I considered to be frivilous legal notices to a whole set of different folks long before there was any posting about Cardspike here or any mention of it on the APCW videos. Perhaps I should post those legal letters for all to see so there is a better understanding of that aspect of things.

However, what is going on here is really separate so I hate to mix them together. Affiliates deserve to understand the various issues around Cardspike and CAP and I would feel obligated to have us reveal the facts we have on that front even if CAP had not cast a legal stone at us first. But I have to admit, since there are stones being thrown at me and at others, the decision was easier. And it is also true that the way CAP is acting behind the scenes has made it a lot easier for me to gather facts than might have otherwise been more difficult to obtain because not many people like a big bully.

One of the major sticking points where cap is concerned is lack of proof. There seems to be a 'prove it' defense. For me, it has gotten to the point where there are so many complaints from so many in our industry that I say 'prove it isn't true'.

I understand if you don't want to mix issues Michael but I say let's put the cards on the table. There are hundreds or thousands of affiliates depending on our businesses to feed our families and we need transparency from those we have entrusted power to.

I don't feel it's 'gossip and tabloids'. I feel it is an incredibly important problem we are all having. Just getting along is not going to work at this point. Working to solve these issues together will work. There are too many for it to just be ignored.

I want to go on record that I have confidence in Michael and the GPWA staff and The APCW that the truth will finally come out.
