Default AffPower > affiliate database > RocksolidAffiliates

Sorry for my English, i try to translate as i can.
Today i get emai from RocksolidAffiliates (aff.manager Marina Yakubova).

    Letter was on Russian language.

This letter contain my personal data, including my real name.

For my question, where they find my personal info,
aff.manager Marina Yakubova tell me that my email she received from
her boss, mr. Eric Weiss (Aric Weiss). - the former aff.manager of AffPower.
    In Russian transcriptions "Арик Вайсс".

I think this is the strong reason to stay away from RocksolidAffiliates.
They are managed the same people as Affpower.

Thank you very much Moonlight Cat for your report.
You do not have to apologize for your English.
It is important what you have to say and share, not if it is perfect written.
Only complete idiots would complain mistakes in a text from a forum member of a foreign country.

I am writing this since years, that nearly all programs are purchasing and/or sharing personal data illegally on conferences and sometimes between block to block in the same street. This is a felony, but they do not care.

As we both know, many representatives only get a job as an affiliate manager if they have a huge list with stolen data from webmasters in their pockets. Then they can have the job as long until the data is sucked out.

Then they are hopping to the next program with the stolen data.

You can be sure that at least countrywide in Israel everyone shares or sell your personal data without permission on conferences and beyond. And programs from other countries are not better.

There is e.g. a direct link from Europartners to Ladbrokes. All peronal data, Europartners has, also Ladbrokes has and vice versa.

Years ago I defended the privacy of affiliate manager here in the forum. In the meantime my opinion is, that such bimbos and also their male counterparts must be named and shamed to the public.

I am sorry to hear that your privacy was illegally shared, quasi stolen and that from such a shabby bimbo.

    Leopold

    Ok, let's continue our games.
To be honest, i had a plan, to stop after this.

But our AffPower friends, don't want to stop.
I get new email from Marina. Here is my translate from Russian.

"Dear Moonlight Cat. You make mistake when you post this on GPWA/AGD forums. We don't have any connections and any relationship with AffPower. Our boss Eric Weiss (or Aric Weiss - sorry, i don't how how to translate and spell in English his name) is only FORMER manager of AffPower. Yes, he leave AffPower with affiliates database, but we don't have connection with AffPower. We hope that you start working with us".

So the main idea of this letter, we are diffirent affiliate program, that don't have any connections with AffPower.

    Ok, let's check.

I've been upfront about both the fact that I used to work for Affpower and that our casino brands are using the same platform. None of this should come as surprise to anybody who's been in contact with me over the past months.

We are not Affpower. We operate independently, we do not share any profit, data or anything else with Affpower and our casino brands don't have the same terms and conditions as theirs. Considering we are using the same platform it is understandable that you'll find connection points between both programs. But besides that, there's no other relation.

Regarding the email that caused the OP: No data was leaked or otherwise transferred. I have kept a personal list of affiliates whose account were at some point managed by me.

"yes, he leave AffPower with affiliates database"

    What an idiot!
She admits to Moonlight Cat that their database was stolen from AffPower.

@rocksolidaffs - before your first word typed to this thread, your collegue (Marina), had already spilt the beans. Far better to just come clean, instead continuing the ruse. Doing so confirms your program can't be trusted. Nice one

This taking (errr stealing) affiliate data, is played out by stealing player data too. For a long time we're feed the same tune, a disgrunted employee or some other rot, stole the player database. The real truth though is, none of that took place. Casinos have contra deals in place, and I'm sure receive kickback commissions on players they share, trade or sell to other casinos.

This industry has become one huge slime pit, and most Affiliate Managers etc, their moral and ethical compasses are broken, beyond repair.

Did Affpower have a Privacy Policy that stated personal information would NOT be shared?

Whether you liked Affpower or not the above question is pertinent.

If in fact, Affpower had such a privacy policy, the data they had were in control and owned solely by Affpower, and any individual or corporate identity that now has said data, is in violation of the original "Privacy Policy" that was agreed to when affiliates signed up.

Those that signed up with AffPower, gave permission to AffPower to use their data, permission had not been granted to "Rock Solid Affiliates' nor to any single individuals.

Hiding behind a "well their is a connection" has NOTHING to due with the violation of the Privacy Policy and how said personal information is used or disclosed.

On the surface, this appears to be a breach of the AffPower Published Privacy Policy that was in place.

    Yes, we see...

    Same exact fake games.
BTW... grandx.pro whit the add of a SSL certificate. Nice.

What I have to expect now? My real name spammed on forums?

    Hints:

    1. Don't let games visible on certain restricted countries. NetEnt games are restricted in Canada and my guys are able to see them. Other casinos (and NetEnt system itself) automatically hide them in restricted areas.

    2. Don't host fake games on previously catched fake hosters

    3. Why the hell BIG affiliates in this industry still promote this ****? I must be a real crook...

Because they pay. Their shareholders want to see just numbers. They pay the fee to be at Ask Gamblers or whatever site and they get their promotion.

AskGamblers was previously sold. Obviously the current owner/s ethics are void, just like these crooked casinos.

Well, AskGamblers plays the White Knight but unfortunately, they are not at all.

It's a proven fact, that a critical post about AskGamblers was censored here some years ago, no doubt by the order of the former (?) Boss from Serbia who was present here, and also in the shameful Club Gold case I know for a fact that player evidence against the casino was not accepted, ignored but so called "evidence" against players was doctored by Club Gold Partners, and AskGamblers played this game with Club Gold behind the scene very well.

Club Gold cheated a nurse with two children, and AskGamblers were part of the dirty game when the "investigation" started.

Also even at the time everyone knows, that Affpower is a criminal gang, AskGamblers were still best partners with them.
