Affiliates United (affutd) Mauricio Levy doesn't know how to treat webmasters
Hello Everybody,
My name is Nicolas, I'm the CEO of Ideas Inteligentes S.A., holding 3
different independent affiliate programs (on of them platinum sponsor
the GPWA) and different gambling networks.
Ok, this is my first post and it's a pity to have to write it, but I
will take my time to write it down.
Since about 3 years I have been working with affutd, it always seemed to
me as a good sponsor with recognized brands and good conversions.
The issue is that all this was tarnished when a person called Mauricio
Levy appeared.
Here the background:
In 2010, when my AM was RAMA, I got 40% rev-share with mentioned program
and made a agreement about fixed payment every second month. It was for
me absolutely logic to drop down to 25% considering the fixed payment.
The issue was that Rama quited and the fixed bimonthly payment was
canceled (When Rama was gone, I took an opportunity to sell the page, so
I didn't care that they don't pay the fixed rate) and it stayed with the
25%.
Getting 25 instead of 40, as we worked earlier and NOT getting the fixed
payment I contacted Mauricio Levy. I explained the situation and
Mauricio agreed (at least he said so) on giving me again 40%. The rate I
always was working with.
The days passed by and my account remained the same, with the old 25%
rev share. I talked to Mauricio again in order to remind him about our
deal and he told me that we agreed on exclusive positions on all my
pages (I have a new network with about 50 sites). I told him that this
has never been part of our deal, and he came up that we have never made
a deal...
After complaining with the affutd support, I talked again with Mauricio
as I was very interested in the 40% as I had some good players in my
account and 25 was a misery .. I agreed to give him the 2. and 3.
position on my network's sites. He told me thats this is fine and that
in January I will get the 40%, bla bla bla
Today, the 14.01 I accessed my account and the 40% were not there ... I
sent an email to my AM saying that my account still is set up with 25
and he told me that he can not give me the better rate as I did not
referrer any players ...
I contacted him via MSN and I told him that he is wrong that we never
had arranged something like this and I got the answer:
Nicolas, I am busy. Lets talk later.
I'm giving priority to affiliates who send me players.
What?? In my lifetime I saw manager saying something like this. The
affiliates have to be treated in the same way!! I have 6 managers in my
company and If I 'd hear one of them saying nonsense like this, the
person 'd not be working with me the next day. When did the form we
treat our clients changed? When did we lost the respect?
This info is a summary. Phrases as the last one I got to hear over and
over again the last month.
As a conclusion, Mauricio Levy is a irresponsable, who is not worth the
webmaster's time. I just don't get why a known program with recognized
brands contract an idiot as this person as in the ends it's them who are
loosing.
Everybody who want to see the history of our conversations in order to
know who u are dealing with, I got them all saved.
Es this is out now, I add that Mauricio Levy cheated on one of my
clients. Mauricio Levy cheated 4.000 USD on a campaign he never paid
for. So it is not just irresponsible he is a cheater, selling shining
stones and believing that all webmasters are stupid.
MAURICIO LEVY IS SCAM
Regards, Nicolas
