How does marketing a primarily slots site differ from marketing a focused on casino table games or poker site?
The marketing principles are the same in theory but the slots market is very different say to online poker due to the nature of the games. Slots are all about entertainment and the thrill of hitting the jackpot, therefore Sloto’ Cash focuses on providing visually-stimulating offers and games with entertaining bonus rounds that engage the customer senses, such as the unique interactive i-Slots.

Understanding your customer is key to successful marketing and Sloto’ Cash achieves this by rewarding play, providing customers with weekly bonus offers, and regularly releasing new games.

As an online business it is easy to forget that you are communicating with real individuals with real expectations and if those expectations are not met then you lose your customers. That is why customer satisfaction is the number one priority at Sloto’ Cash Casino.

What are the demographics of your current players? What are the demographic details of the players you're trying to attract? What are your target markets?
We have an equal mix of male and female players between the ages of 24 to our oldest player who is 70. Slots appeal to such a broad spectrum of people and we continue to reach new audiences through effective marketing campaigns.

Sloto’ Cash will continue to focus on the US and strengthen our brand in Europe with French, Italian and German sites currently under development.

What was your favorite subject in school? And why was it your favorite subject?
My favorite subjects at school were languages. I speak German, Arabic and English. I enjoy being able to communicate with people in their own language, which is why I enjoy being an affiliate manager -- I get to speak to people from all over the world.

How did you get started in this business?
I started building websites as part of my studies and a friend of mine told me about affiliate marketing. So from being an affiliate myself I became an affiliate manager, which I believe is an advantage as I understand what is important to affiliates.

In addition to the traditional video and classic slots, Sloto' Cash also offers i-slots. What are i-slots? How do they differ from traditional slots? And are their session times longer than the "regular" games?
The interactive slots are Sloto’ Cash Casinos most unique asset. These slots are packed with many different bonus features. The big difference to regular slots is that i-Slots play like a movie, and have several different stages. By winning bonus rounds you go from one stage to the next. The story continues, and players want to find out what is next which means their gaming sessions last much longer than regular slots.

In addition to slots, Sloto' Cash also offers table games like blackjack and craps. How popular are these games with your players? What percentage play slots only vs. a mix of slots and table games?
The crossover of the slot player to table games is probably higher than you expect. Approximately 60/40 of our slot players play one or more table games, with blackjack coming out as the top favorite, although the majority of their wagering is on slots, video poker and keno. We also have many players that just play our table games as we have a great VIP program which is important to most players.

Girls Aloud (I know, don’t laugh.)

What's the last book you read? What did you like about it?
Most of the books I read are related to work. The last book was “The Practice of Market & Social Research” by Yvonne McGivern. It’s a good introduction to the subject and guides you through the whole research process.

What’s your favorite movie and why?
My favorite film is Gladiator. It’s such an interesting movie to watch, because of the history and visual effects and there is so much meaning behind each of the characters.

What differentiates the Sloto' Cash Affiliates from other affiliate programs?
The program is simple with a standard 30% commission revenue level and 5% for referring other webmasters. We found that most affiliates appreciate a clear and basic commission structure. We differentiate by working together with the affiliates, and respond to any requests as fast as we humanly can. We never demand anything from affiliates, but we might ask friendly once in a while.

Plus, we aim to pay our affiliates on the first of each month!

What distinguishes your statistical reports from others on the market?
The affiliate software allows our affiliates to comprehensively track player activity from setting up many different campaigns to being able to track individual banners that effectively increase conversions.

There are many different reports in the affiliate section. When you log on to your affiliate account you first see the latest deposits made by your players. You see the player, deposit date, and amount. The player deposit reports are unique in that you can see the individual deposit amounts.

How do you help affiliates position themselves to maximize profitability?
We work with the affiliates individually to develop different bonus offers and competitions to increase conversions where possible. New banners are frequently added and, if you need something special, don’t hesitate to ask.

What are your three keys to success for an affiliate?
- Work 24/7

- Keep your knowledge up to date. What works for you now might not work tomorrow.
- Stick to what you know best and research your market, but always look for new opportunities.

What’s the key to building successful relationships between affiliates and affiliate programs?
Listen to what our affiliates want and try to help them in any way possible. We usually respond within minutes, and try to be the fastest out there. Also honesty and developing a personal relationship with all affiliates I think are important factors so we always deliver what we promise.

What’s the first concert you attended in person?
Take That reunion tour at Manchester Arena. I had never heard of the band before, but a friend of mine bought me a ticket. The Arena was full to capacity and the atmosphere was amazing!

What's your favorite board game?
I haven’t really played any board games apart from checkers when I was a kid. I do kick boxing and most my spare time is spent either training or going to the gym.

If you were casting a movie in which you played the lead role, and you had your choice of anyone in the world, who would you pick to play your romantic interest?
Oh, so many to choose from. I would probably pick Jessica Alba.

and I really appreciate that! All of my emails and requests
are answered fast (usally a few minutes)! Other affiliate programs could
learn a valuable lesson in customer service from Sloto'Cash.
