You don't need a license to be an affiliate in the UK but if you promote operators to UK players you need to adhere to compliance procedures and only promote licensed brands.

Affiliate license from Kazakhstan easy to obtain. Just bribe officers one sheep for hourly rate of 10,000 kazakhis. Most will be happy with this amount. Otherwise, use microsoft word and paint to obtain your license brother. Both are equally effective.

No you do not need a licence but you will have to work with UKGC licenced partners and there are quite strict requirements on what and how you can advertise. You can find details on the gambling commission website.
