Thanks Efi. I talked to Lewis and he explained that you guys have had your share of email problems, so seems I was right that my emails were just directing to junk.

With any luck, hope to have this resolved soon. Will update this thread when its done.

Thank you for the timely response!

I have received my payment for August 2013 earnings. Thanks!

Second problem: I have not received an invoice to sign for September 2013 earnings yet. It has usually arrived by now.

I just want to document it here, in case there are more problems getting emails through.

On a side note, a BIG thumbs up to GPWA for providing forums like these so that payment and other issues can be resolved, when the usual methods of communication do not seem to be working!

    Update 10/24

More good news. September invoice has been received and signed. Hoping to see payment very soon. Unless the payment does not arrive, I consider my issue resolved.

Kudos to AFF-UTD for a speedy response and resolution! Let me state, for the record, that I have been working with AFFUTD for years, and even though we have had an issue here and there getting our payments, it has always been resolved.

As a USA based gaming affiliate, getting paid takes up a lot more of my work day than I would like. AffUTD is usually one of the most reliable.

We don't promote the program after reading about many affiliates getting late payments. Just commenting on another late payment thread.

    Thanks for your post.

This post is used for cases of late payments, and it has been live since Jan 2013.

We manage 30k-40k affiliates, big and small, delays in payments do happen, but as you can see from the comments on this thread all cases are treated and solved.

Without going into too many details, there are many reasons for a delayed payment...most of which are not related to the aff program.

Feel free to contact us if you ever wish to see for yourself how we work.

    Thanks,
    Nadav

I have only been with affutd for a few months, and have been pleased up until a few weeks ago, I had earnings of $400 and was looking forward to getting the money, only to find out that when i logged on last week, my earnings were reduced drastically, and so was my commission rate.
I brought in over ?300 in one month, but now it seems that all of the earnings have disappeared and so has my commission. AffUtd are dodgy as hell and I cant wait to get my $150 (which is a fraction of what what my commission should be) and leave.

PS I am currently generating new customers at the moment but guess what? AffUtd are playing with the figures again.

    Bloody cowboys.

    Hi stevestan,

Can you please email me your account name with us?

I'd like to get to the bottom of this and assist you in the best way possible.

I can guarantee you we are not playing with the figures. We're a public company and will not risk our good name and our share prices for this.

Your stats on our new system are completely transparent, more than they were before, so you can see your players and account activity at any given time.

    Thanks,

I'm also having big problems with commission rates, payments, and AffUtd not responding to any of my emails. Seems to be a pretty common problem according to this and other threads, here and on other sites..

Having been unable to log-in for months despite requesting a password reset several times (12+) and nothing arriving, I was finally able to log-in to my affiliate account a couple of months ago. I was fairly shocked with what I found!

Firstly, despite believing I was on a flat 25% commission rate, I find that I am on 5% due to not sending new players for over 3 months. (I am sure when I signed up I was told "25% for life, across all products" - it being one of the main reasons I applied to William Hill in the first place). e.g. In January alone, I made William Hill ?7,390.02 in Net Revenue. My cut of that?... ?72.56. And no, that's not a typo!. So not wanting to lose out on any more commission, I immediately reinstalled WH banners on my site. Within a few days (3) I had a new depositing player. Though instead of reinstating my commission, this player is listed by themselves at 10% commission. Conveniently enough they actually won money, so only ended up costing me more! ha. Everything else remained at 5%.

Secondly, I closed an old bank account in August 2013, but due to being unable to log-in to AffUtd have only recently (3 weeks ago) updated the info to my new account.

This means I have not received any payments for August, September, October, November, and December. In addition January's payment has not been processed yet.

These amounts totalled: ?84.39 (Sep) + ?85.89 (Oct) + ?15.95 (Nov) + ?76.17 (Dec) = ?,562.39, even at the crazy low commission rate of 10% (the amount I was on before it was cut to 5%).

Strangely enough, when I went to recheck the figures before posting this, I find they have been changed to the following:

    ?71.01 (Sept) + ?75.82 (Oct) + ?03.34 (Nov) + ?3.77 (Dec) = ?,423.94. Not sure why they are different now.

Either way, I would quite like to see the money I am owed. I have notified my affiliate manager of this 3 times now, but still nothing has been done. Repeated requests for updates have been ignored.

    Very frustrating.
