5% Commission paid - Affiliate United cheat on purpose.

Hi,

I open this thread cause I was cheated from William Hill affiliate manager. I had one active player, I know the 5% rule. My commission for September was $10,118, then it changed to 1332€ and then again to $10,118 (the equal amount in euros).

This is the email history:

My 1st email:
Hi Tomer,

Can you please inform me about last month's commission? I could see balance few days ago, but now can't see anything. Only that your total net revenue for September
is 26,587.69€.
Can you please inform me accordingly?

Thank you in advance.

My 2nd email:
Hi.

I spoke with your chat and have told that it was set to 5% because only one player was registered. Can you change this for September? I was not aware of your rule and was not informed. You can see how much you have earned from this player.

I was paid 5% and on affiliate platform I could see 30% instead of 5%. Also the affiliate manager confirmed the amount was $10,118 (and was also annoyed for sending many email to him) On affiliate platform I could see the amount for 30% commmission not 5%.

Got a call from Ruslan, explained me the situation and that I will get paid 30% for September. Once I get paid I'm happy to remove any private information and close the post. The issue has not been resolved yet, as I didn't get the funds, but we're in good way.

Good luck with that! I am watching closely all WH threads and I am nowhere close to promote them, unless they lift those smallprints and unless they resolve cases like yours.

Hi,

September's commission has been removed from my account. I could see the commission in my account as monthly earnings "other rewards" for September, but now has been removed. What's going on again?

There's no way I would promote Affiliates United (CPAYS). Too many bad experiences.

PLZ ignore technical description of the system or the fact that the commission is "not in the system", i already confirmed you the amount for September 2014 and this will be paid during this week, i believe the latest is Thursday/Friday.

As soon as you receive the funds, please inform.

And the moral of the story - DO NOT WORK WITH ANY COMPANY THAT LOWERS YOUR REV SHARE BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

Why would anyone work with a company that drops your rev share to 5% if you've had a bad couple of months? That's no way to run an affiliate business and is not sustainable.

All new affiliates should read ALL T&Cs for ANY program they sign up to.

Hi,

Payments were sent Friday, some payments methods take a few days to hit the account.

If you want to make a specific query, contact your AM or me by email and we'll look into your payment for you.

5% is horrible. Any other program pays out substantially higher than this.
