I need your help to make my withdrawal.

Hi again. Unfortunately, you were trying to withdraw by crypto but that requires a deposit. I apologize for the inconvenience but please try either bank transfer or PerfectMoney instead.

I created my PerfectMoney account and then i tried to withdraw my 1xbet funds with this method.

My withdrawal has been refused.

"Withdrawals are only possible using the same details that were used to make a deposit. If you deposit money via different payment methods, you should withdraw money in proportion to the amount you have deposited via each payment method."

I'm stuck

How did u deposit ? Perfectmoney ? Did u use the same @adress ?

I made my deposits with Neteller and UPayCard.

These methods are not available anymore.

PerfectMoney refused my document. They want a water, gas or electricity bill but here in France, we dont receive utility bills at home.
Everything is online now.

I don't want to withdraw 2400 euros on a wallet where my funds will be blocked ...

1xbet offers Visa/Mastercard as withdrawal method, do you know if i can use it without making any deposit before ?

Can you offer them a screenshot of your utility bills? Surely you have a personal cabinet of some sort where you can see all your utility payments.

I only receive my health insurance bill. Unfortunately they refused it.

Once a year, i also receive my income tax return. I uploaded it, i hope they will accept it.

Eli, i made ALL my deposits with Neteller and UPayCard, is it possible to get back my money with one of these methods ?

You can try Neteller but try to withdraw everything at once.
