    I opened 1xbet account a month ago, my account has been fully verified, including payment methods and for a month I thought "what a nice bookie", placing the bets has been easy, after a while I even got familiar with what I thought at the beginning was confusing user interface. So I made some winnings, decided to withdraw money and then hassle begun.
    I have been put through a new verification process, I have been asked to make a selfie holding my ID with their last email in the background (as if I have 3 hands)... I was even asked serious of question and my relation to name I never heard before?! Despite horrific process and I have to say highly unprofessional behavior, I have fully complied because after-all, I wanted my winnings collected.

    After fully complying with their request, I received following email from them:

    Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
    Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
    - bet cancellation;
    - closure of the customer’s account. Money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded.
    - filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

    The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
    We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.
    Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
    All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.


    I have to say to I have some serious concerns in terms of the way they are handling (winning) customers and data processing (GDPR?). Not to mention there is no sign of fairness and due diligence. I cannot stress enough this story to all potential and future customers thinking of joining their platform. You do not want to go through this process.

    The 1xBet is a bit grey area bookie. In the affiliate end I do not have any experience but since they decided not to pay the withdrawals I and my friends made, we decided not to list them on our website.

    This is not the first time I heard prople complain 1xbet blocked account and do not let member withdrawal. To be honest, not all of them are cheaters so please give them a clear answer. Otherwise, we need to think about another brand name to bet with.

    I got some answer from [email protected]:

    "For this moment you are going through the standard verification procedure provided by the 1xBet Rule:
    2.34 Should the bookmaker’s Security Service have any concerns about the bettor’s identity or their personal details (address, credit or debit card, other data), they are entitled to request any documents from the bettor substantiating their identity or other submitted data at the bookmaker’s absolute discretion, as well as to cancel any payments until all such details are verified

    As soon as the verification of your documents is completed, you will receive a notification in your Private Account
    Please note that each step of verification can take up to 72 hours"

    After I sent them bank statement for address verification at 3rd March, I got mail today from "Security Deparment":

    "Dear user, please provide us with the photo of your driving license from both sides."

    I also sent it to them, although it is not clear to me why they are asking me about it, because I have already sent my passport and ID card. Either way, the worst thing is that I’ll probably wait three days again, and they will ask for something else. We'll see, I'll keep you updated here.

    Of course, as I wrote above - after 3 days of waiting now they want something else. Asked me for a selfie with a today's date and some random phrase. I sent them this too, but I also think I will wait 3 days again and again and they will ask for something else. Incredibly, if someone had told me this before they're acting like this I wouldn't have believed him.

    Hi everyone, I have a player that is constantly registering new and new accounts. Today I'm again -$300 because he somehow abuse new registrations. I wrote to 1xbet supports multiple times but it is still happening. 1xbet said they will forward this to some department but without any answer. See this picture from my affiliate dashboard.I think the cheating is very clear. Don't know what to do but I stopped promoting 1xbet because of this.

    HI, sorry Im new to here I don't know how ti workd. I just know this forum and since 1xbet support didn't solve this via my email requests I created post here.
