hi,

I signed a flat fee deal for three months (banners + top position) on my websites. and I have never been paid by these people.

Contact also 10Bet for this problem but all this people never helps you.

When I ask why the payment was not made, Shirley T. me answers : "I'm not getting answers from finnance I'm sorry for this"

I could send you the skype screen but I think the main thing is that everyone understands that actually 10bet, RealDealBet are top ranking scammers

Can I file a complaint with ICANN to request a suspension of the domain name?

I think they have also Betrally brand.

They are not trustworthy as they reduce revshare to all webmasters in a country from this month

Why did you place them before receiving payment?
TO be honest nothing related to scam here, I know quite a few affiliates that work great with 10bet, I understand that you are frustrated of the money lost dude to the deal failed but this is not scam, come on when you saw no payment after 1 week, just remove them and move on...

- lets say you don't stand a chance

least to say how ridiculous idea it is to file a complaint due to them not paying for display deal.
On last note - I'm not an advokate of 10bet, to be honest I had some bad experience in the past with them too, but you know - all is part of the business for some guys it works well for others not, just live with it and move on.

Most programs have a dark side. I personally have a decent relationship with 10Bet although I recently posted a similar issue with Broadway Gaming who screwed me over in the same way.

Many affiliate programs are under resourced and have a high staff turnover and I think this comes to bite when you have a problem. What I've now learned from my few years in affiliate marketing is that you should never give decent exposure to a brand you do not fully trust. Start by sticking them on just one table or site and see how you get on with them first. If a brand wants to do a takeover like you've done get them to pay the flat fee upfront.

Anyone who got paid with the November commissions from 10bet and Betrally? Nothing here and failing to get a reply for 3 days already from the aff. support...

Agree with flat fee up front or they can jog on. I don't work with 10bet by the way.

It's said before in this thread, but it's all about doing your homework.

Their brands have shitloads of player complaints and both their affiliate T&C and their player T&C are containing some dodgy terms. That's a big red flag. Secondly, conferences are not just to drink or party, but also to see who's behind a program. I've met 10 Bet affiliate managers at a conference and after a few seconds I knew I would never ever work with them. Not even if they were the last affiliate program on the internet.

We also encourage those affiliates investigating brands or operators to use the search function here at the GPWA to double check if there are also additional outstanding issues as part of your reasearch into the best affiliate programs so you can make in informed decision on which groups to promote.
