This Week in Gambling: Congressional threat to DOJ's Wire Act plans

Despite the decision of a Federal Judge, the U.S. Department of Justice still plans to enforce its opinion that the Wire Act applies to online gambling and poker. Now some Congressmen are threatening the DOJ's ability to carry out those plans.
